Acceptance of our Conditions of Use

We are Fabric King – 93 Parker Drive, Leicester, LE4 0JP and subsidiaries and any reference to ‘’we’’ or ‘’us’’ or ‘’our’’ shall be construed accordingly.  We own and operate this website.

We reserve, at our absolute discretion the right to vary these conditions of Use and any other policies upon which the site is to be used.  As such, we suggest that you consult our site periodically as we reserve the right to update this policy at any given time.  Please note however, that your use of the site will be deemed to mean that you have accepted whatever Condition of Use prevail at the time as such usage of the website is implying that you accept the basis upon which we want our website used. 

Please see below the terms and conditions below, which apply, to all fabric orders made to Fabric King. Therefore, no other terms and conditions will apply.

Should you decide to browse and use this website you are agreeing to follow and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. This together with our privacy policy will govern The Fabric King with you in relation to this website.

All orders that you place on the website will be based on the acceptance in agreement with these terms and conditions.  Please see below which outlines the policy that is required to create a contract between you (the client) and us:

The products, which you purchase at the prices, indicated along with any delivery charges that apply.

Once you have purchased the products, an order confirmation email will be sent to you specifying the products you have paid for.

All products provided by Fabric King are based on the condition that our ability for any default or faults in the quality of condition, usage and description does not go beyond the purchase price.

Every effort will be made to ensure the products we provide through our website resembles as closely as possible to those shown on the website. However, we cannot guarantee they will be exactly the same. We will not accept any responsibility for any discrepancies in fabrics or products. Please note that using different devices to view our products the colours may vary.

Prices are subject to change. Before an order is being placed, we will quote the current price immediately and all measurements are approximate. Please note that due to the nature of printing, the print may have slight imperfections.

We reserve the right to withdraw items from our range at any time without prior notification.


We highly advise that before ordering your fabric, you should request a sample to be sent to you to check for the design, colour, scale of pattern and suitability. Only a few free samples can be sent upon your request however, a small charge will be made for larger quantities of samples of £1.99.  

Prices and Charges

Please note that all prices are in Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rates which does not include delivery and any other charges. Fabric King will take reasonable care to ensure all information stated on the website is accurate at all times. However, if under any circumstances the actual price of the good ordered is not correctly stated on the website, Fabric King will notify you of this error and you may then cancel your order or decide to continue with the order at the correct price. In this event, if we are unable to contact you within seven days of your order being placed, we will consider the order as cancelled and will refund your order. If you are purchasing the goods from overseas please contact one of our friendly staff member on 0116 236 3660. Only once the full payment has been received and the products are posted they become the property of the buyer.


At present, we can deliver worldwide and we have no limit to the quantity you can purchase. In the event of the products being returned to us due to failed delivery, the customers will take responsibility to arrange pay for a re-delivery. The delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed and we will do our best to ensure the products are delivered within the stated time. We will not be held liable for failures and delays in delivery caused by a failure to gain access to the delivery address on the agreed date, failure to get a signature or in any other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Also, during the order process it is not possible at any time to get information on specific delivery times and days.

For any damages to packing materials and product it is solely the buyer’s responsibility to check this before accepting the delivery of the products, which must be reported within 48 hours. In the event that there is any damage, we request you that please DO NOT sign the delivery sheet but as the delivery driver for a damaged freight report that will require your signature.  Hence, contact us as immediately. Once you have accepted the delivery, the products are NOT covered by transit insurance.

Therefore, it is solely the buyer’s responsibility to acknowledge that the right product has been delivered to any other third party including an upholsterer or curtain maker. 


Although every effort will be made to accept the cancellation, this will only come onto effect if the cancellation is made prior to any cutting of fabric. If the cutting or production has been started then a 50% deposit will be kept. 

Cancelations should be made in writing.


Returns will not be excepted unless if prior agreement has been made.

Please note that any damages or faults have to be reported within seven days of receipt of delivery. Unauthorised returns will not be credited to the customer’s account. If you wish to return an item that hasn't been altered in any way since it was dispatched by us, you can e-mail varun@fabricking.co.uk to request a refund. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return postage cost and a cutting charge may apply. We reserve the right to refuse return requests that fall outside of the UK Sale of Goods act at our discretion.


There will be the use of cookies on our website. These are pieces of information that are transferred automatically from a website to a user’s computer for record keeping purposes. These devices enable us to collect valuable marketing information which in turn allow us to monitor which parts of our website are most popular.  Therefore enabling us to continually improve on the goods and services we provide.
